InstaPump.fun and its team are not responsible for any content minted by users. We do not have any affiliation with the content minted on our platform and are not liable for any legal actions arising from such content.

2. Monitoring and Removal

While InstaPump.fun is not obligated to monitor content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms or any applicable law, without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website, excluding user-generated content, are the property of InstaPump.fun or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Minting and Tokens

1. Minting Process

By minting content, users agree that the content will be converted into unique tokens on the blockchain.

2. Revenue Sharing

InstaPump.fun does not guarantee any specific value or revenue from the minted tokens.

Trading Phase and Token Deployment

1. Trading Phase

Minted tokens are temporarily allowed to trade, and once 69% of the token supply is bought up, the tokens will be deployed to the Radium pool on the Solana chain.

2. Price Discovery

The initial trading activity and price discovery are conducted on a bonding curve. InstaPump.fun does not endorse or make the markets; it is a fully decentralized and automated process using the bonding curve contract and a temporary price discovery phase, prior to deployment to Radium.

3. Post-Deployment

For the deployment to the Radium pool, liquidity will be withdrawn and redeployed automatically as per the contract, and InstaPump.fun has no control over these tokens.

4. Risk and Liability

Users take full responsibility and risk for using the platform. InstaPump.fun and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss of tokens or hacks that occur during the temporary price discovery phase, prior to deployment to Radium.

Privacy and Data

1. No User Data Storage

InstaPump.fun does not store any user information. Our platform is provided as infrastructure to help you connect to the bonding curve deployed on the Solana chain.

2. Decentralized Infrastructure

All parts of the infrastructure are decentralized except for the interface that allows you to interact with the contract.

3. User Responsibility

Users understand and agree that if something happens to their funds or activity, it is solely their responsibility to take all necessary precautionary measures.

Compliance with Crypto Regulations

1. Regulatory Compliance

While InstaPump.fun aims to comply with relevant regulations, users should be aware that as a decentralized application, certain crypto regulations may not apply. Users are also responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The user also agrees that any funds deployed for interacting with the smart contract are not illegally obtained.
